New AI eyewear from Qianwen made a discreet appearance at the AI payment exhibition zone during the 2026 Bund Summit on the morning of September 10th. The device was largely concealed beneath black protective wrapping, leaving its full range of functions and hardware specifications undisclosed for the time being.

According to information gathered by the media, this product carries the designation "N1" and marks the company's first foray into iris recognition technology, featuring a false acceptance rate below one in a million. In complex environments, users can leverage eye-tracking to operate checkout terminals, with identity verification completed simply by wearing the device.

Exhibition staff also indicated that, as the new eyewear forgoes a display screen, its pricing is likely to be more competitive than that of the S1 model. Throughout this year, Qianwen has aggressively expanded its footprint in AI hardware, having previously rolled out AI eyewear models including the S1 and G1. At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference held in July, the company showcased a suite of cutting-edge innovations such as full-duplex voice interaction, eye-tracking capabilities, and vital sign monitoring, with these technologies expected to be progressively integrated into future hardware releases.
