Shimao Services Initiates Electronic-Only Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Aug 03

Shimao Services Holdings Limited has announced a transition to exclusive electronic dissemination for all forthcoming corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07A of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Effective immediately, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms—will be available on the company’s website (www.shimaofuwu.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will cease to be mailed automatically.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy documents must submit a written request via a designated form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 873-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the end of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded in writing.

Shimao Services will not issue separate notifications when new documents are posted online; shareholders are advised to monitor the websites directly. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via the above email address.

Chairman Hui Sai Tan, Jason, signed the notice dated 4 August 2026 on behalf of Shimao Services Holdings Limited.
