During the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), the humanoid robot data training center in Beijing's Shijingshan District has completed its Phase One upgrade, officially unveiling its new identity as the Shijingshan Embodied Intelligence Training Center. The announcement was made on Thursday by local authorities.
The facility, spanning over 1,500 square meters, is located within the Shougang Park's Sci-Fi Industry Innovation Center. It was spearheaded by Luxvision Innovation and Zhongguancun Tongli, with collaborative contributions from industry chain partners including Jingshi Kechuang, Yingshen Intelligent, and Tianlian Robot. The center is organized into several functional zones, such as a 4D world capture area, a physical interaction laboratory, a general-purpose cerebellum base data acquisition zone, a multi-scenario 4D shared collection area, and an AI factory, all interconnected through two closed loops focused on data production and intelligent evolution.
The latest upgrade places strategic emphasis on two core technological paths: 4D Gaussian light fields and world model development. Building upon existing 2D video and motion trajectory data, the center now integrates depth, spatial relationships, and physical information dimensions to comprehensively capture object poses, contact events, mechanical relationships, and task state progression. This enables models to better understand how actions alter the world.
In terms of data collection capabilities, the training center has newly established a multi-view light field acquisition system that can accurately reconstruct object motion trajectories, deformation processes, and lighting changes, producing high-fidelity raw training materials. For household scenarios, the system can fully reproduce real-world actions such as cleaning, meal preparation, and elderly care, generating premium home-scenario datasets. In the industrial manufacturing sector, it deeply collects operational workflows like fabric sewing, packing and handling, and product assembly, reinforcing robots' cognitive foundation regarding industrial physical laws.
Currently, Phase One of the Shijingshan Embodied Intelligence Training Center has been fully upgraded, while Phases Two and Three are already operating effectively. Looking ahead, the goal is to integrate and synchronize capabilities across all three phases, creating a comprehensive embodied intelligence infrastructure that combines real-machine data collection, human data acquisition, 4D light field reconstruction, and world model simulation. This initiative aims to provide essential hardware and data infrastructure support for the domestic embodied intelligence industry's growth.
