At seven in the evening, the District Practice Center of New Civilization on the banks of the Jiang'an River in Wenjiang District, Chengdu, begins to buzz with activity. This is the location of Dandelion Fun Night School, a public welfare classroom that has been running continuously for three years.

This year, an interesting reversal has emerged at this venue: students who could not secure a spot in popular classes have decided to take the stage themselves. "I never expected so many people would want to learn AI," says Guo Jialei, a member of the post-90s generation, standing at the podium and looking out at a room full of peers. By profession, he is a programmer with 15 years of software development experience and owns his own software company. Previously, he was just an ordinary student sitting in the audience.

Guo Jialei's experience is not unique. According to staff at the night school, this phenomenon of "students becoming teachers" is on the rise. This year, a doctor from the Fifth People's Hospital of Chengdu proactively contacted the school via private message to offer a child health education course. Additionally, several school teachers have registered interest, but as this year's curriculum is drawing to a close, their participation will be incorporated into the next session's plan.

"Here, those who come to learn are not just students; they could also be future instructors," a staff member explained. This mechanism, where citizens "give back" by contributing courses, is becoming a significant source of teaching talent for the night school.
