Emperor Watch & Jewellery Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, reporting no changes in issued share capital or treasury shares.
At month-end, the company’s issued share count remained at 7.26 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The board confirmed that the minimum public-float threshold of 25% has been met.
The issuer recorded no exercises under its 23 May 2018 share-option scheme; outstanding options stayed at zero, and consequently no shares were issued or cash proceeds generated. The plan still allows for up to 687.31 million shares to be granted in the future.
No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or initiated during the month.
The return was filed on 1 September 2026 and signed by Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Fung Pui Ling.
