On September 3, a delegation from the Forestry Bureau of Chongyi County, Jiangxi Province, visited our county to conduct research and exchange on forestry work. During the visit, they conducted field inspections of understory planting bases, green ecological construction sites, and bamboo and wood processing enterprises. The discussions focused heavily on the development of the forestry industry, with both sides aiming to share advanced practices and jointly advance the sector.

The two forestry departments held a special symposium during the research period. The conversation centered on key industrial topics such as the large-scale cultivation of understory economies, the promotion of specialty understory crop planting, the transformation and upgrading of the bamboo and wood processing industry, and the extension of the forestry industry chain. Both parties engaged in deep discussions to explore high-quality development pathways that achieve a win-win situation for both ecology and industry.

The research team also went deep into the front lines for field investigations. At the Maosheng Family Farm, the Mingji Family Farm, and the Xinyu Ecological Company in Shitang Town, the team gathered detailed information regarding the understory planting models, management and protection techniques, economic benefits, and industry-driven impacts of plants such as Yangchun sand, Ganoderma lucidum, and Dendrobium officinale.

At the Shangzhongben Green Beauty Point, the delegation studied the effectiveness of integrating green space construction with the understory economy and exchanged practical experiences on how to organically merge green development with rural revitalization.

At Renhua County Aoda Plywood Co., Ltd., the team visited the production site to understand the company's bamboo and wood processing procedures, product research and development, and market operations. They also discussed development concepts for achieving efficient conversion and utilization of bamboo and wood resources.

This research initiative has built a strong bridge for communication and collaboration between the forestry departments of the two regions. Through the symposium and on-site observations, both parties were able to share successful experiences and broaden their development perspectives.
