Haohai Biotech Extends H-Share Buy-Back; 752,500 Shares Acquired Since July, Equal to 2.16% of Class

Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Haohai Biotech) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing continued activity under its Hong Kong share-repurchase mandate.

On 8 September 2026 the company bought back 31,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 16.76 to HKD 16.84, deploying HKD 0.53 million. All shares were designated for cancellation.

Cumulative programme • Period: 20 July – 8 September 2026 • Total H shares repurchased but not yet cancelled: 752,500 • Average cost (weighted): c. HKD 16.30 per share • Aggregate consideration: approximately HKD 12.27 million • Proportion of H-share float: 2.16% • Utilisation of mandate: 21.6% of the 3.48 million shares approved by shareholders on 29 May 2026.

Capital structure after the latest transaction (before cancellation of repurchased shares) • H shares in issue: 34.78 million, with no H shares held in treasury. • A shares in issue: 190.20 million, plus 3.85 million A shares held in treasury. • Total issued shares (all classes, excluding treasury): 224.98 million.

No new shares were issued during the period, and the company remains within the 30-day moratorium on fresh equity issuance that follows repurchase activity, effective until 8 October 2026.

The board confirms that all buy-backs complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the terms of the explanatory statement dated 28 April 2026.
