Shares of GR LIFE STYLE (00108) surged more than 9%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 7.02% to HK$1.83, with a turnover of HK$1.7268 million.

The move follows a recent announcement from the company proposing a change of its name from "GR Life Style Company Limited" to "SR Medical Technology Company Limited".

It is understood that the company acquired the online healthcare platform Chunyu Doctor in 2025. As a leading player in China's internet healthcare sector, Chunyu Doctor has aggregated resources from 680,000 public hospital doctors, served 180 million consultation users, and accumulated 300 million health records. It holds an industry-leading position in areas such as AI digital healthcare, online consultations, and health data mining.

Recently, GR LIFE STYLE, together with its Chunyu Doctor platform, formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Edelweiss, a maternal and infant brand under the Yuanfang Group, in Beijing.

According to the cooperation plan, the two parties aim to build a full-cycle family health management system driven by a dual strategy of "software empowerment and hardware development".

They have also set clear targets: achieving revenue of 200 million yuan in the first year of cooperation and breaking through the 1 billion yuan annual revenue mark within three years, aiming to create a model for integrated industry development.
