East Buy (01797) climbed more than 6% in the afternoon session, extending its post-earnings rally to over 28%. As of the latest update, the stock was trading 6.11% higher at HK$25.88, with turnover reaching HK$365 million.

The company's fiscal 2026 annual results revealed revenue of RMB 5.70 billion, up 29.8% year-over-year, while adjusted net profit surged 262.2% to RMB 630 million. Full-year gross merchandise volume (GMV) reached RMB 10.2 billion, a 17.6% increase, with self-operated products contributing RMB 5.4 billion, representing approximately 52.6% of total GMV.

Analysts at China Galaxy Securities suggest the company has successfully transitioned from an influencer-driven model to a product-centric strategy. The combined strength of product quality, channel expansion, and systematic support is driving a clear recovery in operational fundamentals and profitability. Amid the ongoing restructuring of retail channels and the decentralization of livestream e-commerce, the deepening of its self-operated model and omni-channel approach is expected to consistently unlock long-term growth momentum.
