On September 8, AMCO UNITED (00630.HK) executed a transaction involving the sale of 24.5565 million shares in BFB Health, generating proceeds of approximately HK$10.559 million before transaction costs. The average selling price per share stood at about HK$0.43.
Following the completion of this disposal, the company has ceased to hold any remaining shares of BFB Health in its portfolio.
