On 4 September 2026, Wuxi Life International Holdings Group Limited (WUXI LIFE) announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available on both the company’s website (www.wuxilife.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Liu Guanzhou, encourages shareholders to review the electronic (“Website Version”) report to facilitate faster access and support paper-reduction initiatives. Options for shareholders: • Request for printed copies: Complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 8148-ecom@vistra.com. • Electronic delivery: Provide or update a valid email address using the same form to receive future corporate and actionable communications electronically.

Shareholders who have not supplied a functional email address will continue to receive hard-copy notices and documents until an email address is registered.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
