SAINT BELLA GP Buys Back 285,000 Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 3.97 Million

SAINT BELLA GP disclosed a Next Day Return showing an on-market repurchase of 285,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 2.99 and HKD 3.02, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.00 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.86 million.

Post-transaction, the company holds 3.97 million treasury shares, up from 3.69 million previously. Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) now stand at 618.23 million, while total issued capital remains unchanged at 622.20 million. The latest repurchase represents 0.0461 % of the company’s issued shares prior to the buyback.

The share repurchase falls under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 62.22 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 3.97 million shares, or 0.6381 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, SAINT BELLA GP is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
