Singapore Exchange's Higher Trading Volumes Expected to Lift Revenue -- Market Talk

0314 GMT - Singapore Exchange's strong securities daily average value is expected to persist in FY 2027-FY 2028, CGS International analyst Tay Wee Kuang says in a note. The SDAV climbed 6% on year to 2.1 billion Singapore dollars in April. CGS International raises its FY 2026, FY 2027 and FY 2028 revenue forecast for Singapore Exchange by 4.2%, 6.2% and 6.1%, respectively to reflect higher trading volumes across cash and derivative products. It also raises its target price for the stock to S$23.27 from S$19.10, while maintaining an add rating. Shares are 1.05% higher at S$22.21.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
