Electro Optic Systems (ASX:EOS) confirmed that it has not decided to move its headquarters to Europe from Australia following a media article claiming that it's planning to move its headquarters overseas, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is only looking into opening a corporate office in Europe, and no recommendations have been made to the board so far, the filing said.
Shares fell 1% in morning trade Tuesday.
