Marcus' (MCS) theatres division said Tuesday that it recorded its highest-ever revenue for the summer moviegoing season, between the first Friday in May and Labor Day.
Marcus Theatres said it recorded the highest box office, concession, merchandise, and food and beverage revenue for any summer, and the most summer attendance since 2019.
It said that "The Odyssey" and "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" led to multiple August records, including the highest August box office in company history.
