Wistron (TPE:3231) has priced its new global depositary receipt (GDR) issue at $58.88 per GDR, raising a total of $1.47 billion.
The company will issue 25 million GDRs, representing 250 million shares, with each GDR representing 10 common shares. The GDRs are expected to be issued on Sept. 10 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Proceeds will be used to procure raw materials in foreign currencies, the company said.
