Silgan Holdings Chief Operating Officer Philippe Chevrier is leaving the company at the end of the month.
The packaging company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange commission that the two sides mutually agreed that Chevrier's employment will end on Sept. 30.
Chevrier has been COO since February 2025. He previously served as president of the Americas and global fibers business of Hexcel, and before that, he held various management positions with Honeywell.
