Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) received notice that UBS Group and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on Sept. 2, according to a Monday New Zealand bourse filing.
UBS Group now owns 5.7 million shares in the company, representing 5.04% of the issued shares, the filing said.
