Acrometa Signs Term Sheet for Proposed Investment; Shares Up 7%

Acrometa (SGX:43F) signed a non-binding indicative term sheet with Macro HRD SG for a proposed investment in Macro-ATCLS, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Macro-ATCLS will be set up to commercialize an ambient temperature cellular logistics project, with the company securing exclusive licensing to ATCLS' technology across Southeast Asia.
The term sheet is non-binding, with a definitive agreement slated for no later than Sept. 30.
Shares of the controlled-environment engineering services provider were up nearly 7% in Monday trading.
