LG CNS (KRX:064400) has agreed to acquire other tangible assets, specifically GPU and infrastructure equipment, including NVIDIA Vera Rubin, for 381.4 billion won.
The acquisition is for the purpose of establishing an AI factory and will be purchased from Hewlett-Packard Korea and others, with the scheduled acquisition date of June 30, 2027.
The acquisition price and scheduled date may be subject to change upon agreement with the counterparty, according to a bourse filing on Friday.
