Amcor (ASX:AMC) said Chief Executive Peter Konieczny acquired 11,131 shares and disposed of 590 shares in the company on Sept. 3, according to US Securities and Exchange Commission disclosures filed Wednesday with the Australian bourse.
Konieczny now owns 159,303 shares, the filing said.
