ServiceTitan, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTAN) shares plunged 20.25% in after-hours trading Tuesday after the company reported fiscal second-quarter results and issued its fiscal third-quarter outlook.

The stock closed Tuesday’s regular session down 7.21% at $81.58. It then fell 20.25% to $65.06 in after-hours trading.

ServiceTitan provides cloud-based software and services for the trades, including businesses in the plumbing, electrical and HVAC industries.

Second Quarter Fiscal 2027

ServiceTitan reported results for the second quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended July 31, 2026. Revenue rose 21% year over year to $292.8 million, while gross transaction volume increased 17% to $26.8 billion.

GAAP operating loss narrowed to $27.6 million from $34.8 million in the year-ago quarter. Non-GAAP income from operations increased to $44.4 million from $29.2 million, while non-GAAP free cash flow rose to $50.5 million from $34.3 million.

CEO Ara Mahdessian said the company’s agentic operating system contributed $50 million of non-GAAP free cash flow in the quarter and highlighted AI as a major opportunity for ServiceTitan.

Third Quarter Fiscal Outlook

For the third quarter of fiscal 2027, ServiceTitan expects revenue of $285 million to $287 million.
