Sunlord Electronics' Unit Proposes 7 Million Yuan Capital Increase

Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics' (SHE:002138) unit, Dongguan Shunquan Electronics, proposed to introduce an employee shareholding platform through a capital increase of up to 6.7 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.

The Chinese electronic transformer producer wholly owns Shunquan Electronics through its subsidiary, Sunlord Electronics.

Xinyu Shunyu Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to subscribe for 2 million of Shunquan Electronics' newly increased capital for 3.2 million yuan, while the planned employee shareholding platform will subscribe for 4.7 million yuan of Shunquan Electronics' newly registered capital for 7.4 million yuan.

Sunlord Electronics waived its right to participate in the capital increase.
