NAB Foundation Backs Financial Counselling Australia Pilot to Expand First Nations Community ID Cards, Shares Down 3%

National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB) said the NAB Foundation has provided funding to support Financial Counselling Australia (FCA) in launching an 18-month pilot project aimed at helping more First Nations organizations issue Community ID Cards, according to a Thursday statement.
The project will develop a national framework and practical guide to help more First Nations organizations become Community ID Card issuers, with Jigalong Aboriginal Corporation in Western Australia partnering in the pilot together with First Nations organizations, regulators and financial institutions, the statement added.
The company's shares fell 3% in recent Thursday trade.
