Ride-hailing and delivery firm Grab Holdings is in talks to acquire a majority stake in buy‑now‑pay‑later platform Atome Financial, Bloomberg said in a report on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

A transaction could value the Advance Intelligence Group unit at more than $2 billion. Sources said discussions are ongoing and no final decision has been reached, according to the report.

A Grab spokesperson declined to comment on the report, while Advance Intelligence Group did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
