Signature International (KLSE:SIGN) said all conditions precedent for its proposed disposal of industrial land and buildings for 66 million ringgit have been fulfilled.
The deal, signed with Signature International's unit Signature Cabinet with Boon Koon Capital, a unit of Chin Hin Group Property (KLSE:CHGP), became unconditional on Thursday, it said.
