PBA (KLSE:PBA) has applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities for an extension until Sept. 30 to submit its draft circular to shareholders on the proposed bulk purchase of treated water by its unit, Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang.
The proposed purchase is under the Northern Perak Water Supply Scheme for onward supply to Penang, Malaysia, according to a Thursday filing with the Malaysian bourse.
