Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (NSE:SUNPHARMA, BOM:524715) incorporated Sun Pharma Global Treasury Centre IFSC on Sept. 8 as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
The entity will serve as the group's global treasury center, handling treasury, funding, liquidity and cash management activities.
Sun Pharma initially subscribed about 95 million Indian rupees to its equity capital.
